Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a dynamic Communications Manager to join our Marketing Team. Reporting into our Head of Communications & Advocacy, you will significantly expand our brand narrative, drive impactful earned media, shape corporate reputation, and lead integrated PR/advocacy across the UK, US, Australia and Ireland. Supporting our internal team and managing our agencies, you will also advise our Founder and CEO on personal brand alignment and strategic storytelling. The ideal candidate blends creativity with strategic insight, understands the media landscape, digital culture, and the beauty sector, and can inspire teams and partners for breakthrough communications.

The Role

  • Strategic Communications: Help to implement the global PR and communications strategy to meet objectives, managing PR for campaigns and ensuring consistent storytelling. Keep an eye on industry trends and competitors to help shape the strategy, coming up with creative ideas for new and existing products and brand stories. Support the execution of creative marketing briefs, ensuring brand messaging and objectives are aligned with the marketing team.
  • Manage PR Agencies: Strategically direct and manage PR global agencies, with a key focus on the UK, US, IRE, and AU. Be accountable for working with agencies to brand build and execute activations in key territories. Work alongside agency partners to manage and chaperone interviews with key media, reviewing briefing templates, and vetting questions.
  • Media & Influencer Relations: Cultivate high-impact relationships with top-tier beauty, lifestyle, and business media, as well as key opinion leaders and creators. Drive significant coverage and awareness by maintaining high-level press relationships across all territories. Strategically build strong, long-term partnerships with key Editors, influencers, and VIP personalities to secure sustained brand advocacy. Identify fresh, culturally relevant strategies to amplify earned coverage and maximise results.
  • Founder Communications: Manage the public image, press, and media relations for Trinny Woodall in collaboration with the Head of Communications & Advocacy, ensuring our founder’s personal public appearances align with key brand initiatives. Proactively seek and secure high-level personal profiling opportunities for Trinny, including one-to-one interviews with top-tier press, broadcast media, and social platforms. Ensure all personal PR efforts are consistent with Trinny London’s overall brand values and business objectives.
