This is an entry-level role at the heart of Trinny London's PR and Communications team, providing essential support across both the press office, events and partnership and influencer community team. This is a broad, hands-on role that offers an exceptional opportunity to develop a well-rounded skill set. The successful candidate will be highly organised and creatively minded and is passionate about beauty, media and the creator economy, and who is ready to bring genuine energy and enthusiasm to the role.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • PR & Press Office
    • Support the day-to-day running of the press office by managing incoming media enquiries, sample requests and journalist communications.
    • Distribute press releases, hot-sheets, product information and supporting media assets to relevant journalists, editors and media contacts across the UK and key international markets.
    • Maintain and regularly update press contact lists, media databases and coverage trackers, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
    • Coordinate the organisation and dispatch of press samples, maintaining accurate records of all requests and sendouts.
    • Help compile weekly and monthly media coverage reports, producing clear and accurate roundups.
    • Assist in preparing briefing documents, face sheets, interview materials and background notes for media appointments and press interviews.
  • Influencer Community & Gifting
    • Assist in the management of the influencer activation calendar, supporting the coordination of gifting, seeding, outreach and partnership activity in line with campaign and launch timelines.
    • Manage the day-to-day gifting and seeding programme, coordinating product selection, packaging, dispatch and follow-up, ensuring all activity is delivered on time.
    • Draft and send personalised creator outreach communications, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the tone and values of the Trinny London brand.
    • Maintain and regularly update the influencer database, keeping creator records, contact details, engagement data and campaign history accurate and current.
    • Support the identification and onboarding of new influencer talent across all tiers, assisting in research and due diligence to ensure alignment with brand values and target audience.
    • Track and record all gifting activity, creator responses and resulting content, maintaining clear and timely records for reporting purposes.
    • Assist in the coordination of creator briefing sessions, masterclasses and influencer events supporting logistics, communications and on-the-day delivery.
  • Events & Activations
    • Support the coordination of press events, media previews and brand activations, assisting with logistics, guest lists, invitations and on-the-day delivery.
    • Assist with all event logistics, where necessary, including guest list management, run-of-show documents and face sheets.
    • Help coordinate and support the delivery of creator masterclasses and media briefings, covering product knowledge, brand values and content best practice.
  • Reporting & Administration
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all PR and influencer activity including coverage logs, gifting trackers, influencer databases, sample records and event documentation.
    • Support the compilation of regular PR and influencer performance reports, post-campaign analyses and coverage roundups.
  • Platform & Trend Monitoring
    • Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Substack and YouTube, monitoring platform developments, emerging creators and content trends relevant to the brand.
    • Monitor the media landscape and beauty industry, flagging relevant coverage opportunities, competitor activity and cultural moments to the wider team.
    • Proactively identify new creator talent and media opportunities that could amplify Trinny London's presence across both press and social channels.

The essential skills and experience required to succeed in this role are:

  • Exposure to PR, influencer marketing, social media or communications gained through internships, placements or early career roles, ideally within beauty, fashion or lifestyle.
  • A genuine interest in both the UK media landscape and the creator economy.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms particularly Instagram and TikTok and an awareness of how creators operate across each.
  • Knowledge of media monitoring tools and PR databases such as Cision or Roxhill is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of spelling, grammar and attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing accuracy.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving, ambitious environment and responding quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with genuine warmth and confidence in building relationships with media contacts, creators and internal teams.
