Trinny London is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to join our Fenwick Kingston team. As a Team Leader, you will support the Business Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales. Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the counter team to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.
- Conduct services including pre‑booked appointments and walk‑ins, delivering the exceptional Trinny London Match2Me experience.
- Ensure your team meets business objectives, targets, and KPIs, addressing any underperformance proactively.
- Assist with daily, monthly, and quarterly operational tasks such as stock management, event planning, and rotas.
- Champion continuous learning by supporting your team’s artistry and product knowledge development.
- Utilize HR and reporting systems effectively for team management.
