Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Demand Planner to join our Planning Team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting into our Senior Demand Planner, our Demand Planner will have full ownership of trading for our Colour category.

The Role
- Strategically plan and manage the Colour category's inventory, defining the approach to achieve growth and performance targets.
- Take ownership of New Product Development (NPD) forecasting, working closely with key cross‑functional partners to accurately determine the required buy quantity.
- Manage the trading of continuity products to maintain 100% stock availability for all SKUs.
- Determine optimum inventory levels to fulfil customer demand while mitigating excess stock and obsolescence.
- Manage weekly sales, stock, and intake data, presenting potential risks and opportunities to the Senior Demand Planner.
- Conduct detailed analysis of current and historical performance to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Gather and deliver both regular and ad‑hoc analysis to the business, sharing insights and collaborating on strategies to address market shifts and enhance overall company performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate promotional factors into demand planning.
- Develop and produce best‑in‑class reporting.
