Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our Digital Team. Reporting into our Head of Ecommerce, you’ll help drive product direction and strategy for our digital platform. We are looking for a proactive and passionate Product Manager, with a data-driven approach to defining and executing our product roadmap, who’s focused on creating frictionless customer centric experiences to bring joy to our customers.

The Role
Your daily to-dos might look like this:
- Work closely with Head of Ecommerce in defining the digital product strategy and roadmap aligning with business goals and priorities to support growth objectives.
- Responsible for the delivery of the digital product road map, ensuring timely deliveries and acting as a single point of contact for your product across design, build and testing teams.
- Clearly communicate effort and impact of product improvements, with prioritisation frameworks in place to review opportunity size, customer impact, technical feasibility and return-on-investment.
- Manage and influence multiple stakeholders across all levels of the business, leading cross-functional projects and dependencies.
- Collaborate effectively with the engineering and UX teams, understanding product feasibility and clearly documenting requirements through user stories, acceptance criteria and detailed journey descriptions.
- Work closely with UX team to scope and define AB Testing and CRO roadmaps that support Product strategy and KPI’s.
- Support ecommerce trading team in their product needs to drive trading KPI’s.
- Partner with Business Analyst to drive successful delivery of sprint process and roadmap planning.
- Liaise with tech leads in daily support of tech teams, ensuring Agile practices are adhered to and implemented.
- Manage both detailed backlog (in Jira) and high-level inceptions and planning.
- Data-led approach to problem solving, actively proposing solutions to enhance CX and driving commercial objectives.
- Promote the principles of continuous, and measurable improvements. Using results and learnings to inform future product strategies.
These skills will help you go far in this role:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar product manager role. Experienced working for a DTC retailer or beauty brand desirable, with a customer‑centric approach.
- Approachable, collaborative and hands‑on approach working cross‑functionally.
- Passionate about all things digital and product, a driving force for change.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence and negotiate.
- Commercially‑minded with a keen eye for value and an ability to bridge customer benefit and financial upside. An appreciation for ecommerce trading principles and strategy, knows how to focus on ecommerce KPI’s and deliver results against them.
- Technically competent in both comprehension of ecommerce system infrastructure and hands on capabilities within 3rd party tools, CMS etc. Can competently offer feedback and guidance to engineers.
- High confidence levels in Web Analytics tools, Contentsquare advantageous.
- Data‑driven and comfortable driving insights and proposing actions, with ability to independently analyse data to identify opportunities and issues.
- Constantly curious and excels in a fast‑paced growth mindset environment.
- Demonstrates the capability to line manage, experience in direct line management and/or briefing others in a supporting capacity.
