What You’ll Do
- Build financial models for forecasting & planning
- Analyse performance, unit economics & profitability
- Deliver insights to leadership and board
- Partner with teams to guide strategy
- Track KPIs and explain variances
- Improve systems, reporting, and automation
What You Bring
- CIMA (or equivalent), 5+ years PQE
- Financial services, fintech, or similar background
- Strong modelling, forecasting & analysis skills
- Experience with Tableau or Looker
- Clear communicator with sharp commercial insight
- NetSuite (nice to have), interest in crypto (bonus)
