The trust currently comprises of 11 academies, including secondary, primary and further education. We are also home to White Rose Education, West Yorkshire Maths Hub and Trinity Institute of Education, with plans to grow further in the future. This is an exciting time to join our trust.
We are seeking an IT User Support Technician to join our central IT Team. Based in Leeds you will be providing practical support to staff and students, across a range of systems and hardware ensuring that the educational needs of students are met. You will support all users in best practice utilisation of IT resources to fulfil their roles. This role may require you to travel between sites to support other schools within the trust, so a full driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes is essential. Mileage expenses will be paid.
What we need:
- Driving licence and own transport
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Proficient use of technology (PC, internet, MS Office packages)
- Experience of working with IT systems, in a paid or work experience role
- Excellent working knowledge of ICT hardware use and repair
