This is an exciting time to join the founding team of a brand‐new school, Trinity Academy Leeds, as it continues to grow and develop. Trinity Academy Leeds opened its doors in September 2021 to 240 students from across the city and has already established a strong culture of excellence where all staff are united under the same shared mission, to enrich and strengthen the life choices and chances of the young people in east Leeds and beyond. Our school is now in its fifth year and currently has 1178 students on roll. We had our first Ofsted inspection in May 2024 and achieved 'outstanding in all areas'. Trinity Academy Leeds is part of a wider family of schools, Trinity Multi Academy Trust. As a growing school we are seeking to expand our staff team and recruit like-minded individuals who are passionate about supporting young people to be the very best that they can be, and we are now seeking to appoint a General Administrator / SEND Administrator.

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team, providing a range of administrative support for internal and external customers.
  • Support the development of effective and efficient administration services.
  • Provide administration support services to contribute to the delivery of teaching and learning across the academy.
  • Support the work of the SENDCo through administration of meeting notes, referrals and other key documentation.
Qualifications
  • 4 or more GCSEs at Grade 5/C or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
  • Evidence of experience in a similar office or administration role.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage own workload, prioritise and meet deadlines.
