Trinity Academy Leeds (TAL) is an exceptional new school serving an incredible cohort of students on the edge of a vibrant and exciting city. Our school is now in its fifth year and currently has 1,177 students on roll and is heavily oversubscribed for the following year. Our school is also part of a wider family of schools belonging to the Trinity Multi Academy Trust. We are looking for a strong and ambitious Leader who is passionate about their subject and in supporting young people to enjoy and succeed through the study of Geography. Our ideal candidate reads widely and keeps abreast of research informed developments in their subject. In addition to a strong level of subject expertise, they set high standards for student behaviour and focus, and are organised and reliable. They have a solid understanding of curriculum design and effective pedagogical approaches and champion a knowledge rich curriculum. We are looking for individuals with a strong moral purpose, a passion for educational reform and a genuine thirst to be part of a high performing, united team.
