Apprenticeship Hourly rate: £7.55
Since becoming part of the Trinity Multi-Academy Trust in January 2024, Whitehill Community Academy has been on a rapid journey of improvement. We are looking to appoint Learning Support Assistant Apprentices. The successful candidates will undertake an 18-month apprenticeship, gaining knowledge, confidence, and practical skills to manage classroom situations with expertise and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils’ learning and development across all curriculum areas.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff.
- Assist with individual and small-group activities to create an engaging learning environment.
- Support children during playtimes, school events, and other activities outside the classroom.

Minimum Requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (certificates required) or completion of Functional Skills qualifications in these subjects.
