What You’ll Bring to the Team
You’ll play an important part in delivering high‑quality care and enriching learning experiences for our youngest children. Working closely with the Early Years Room Leader, you’ll help create a warm, nurturing atmosphere where every child feels secure, valued and eager to explore.
As children begin their early learning journey, you’ll offer gentle guidance and encouragement – supporting emerging skills, nurturing independence and inspiring a sense of curiosity that grows with them.
By observing children’s play, routines and interactions, you’ll develop a clear understanding of their personalities, interests and developmental needs. This insight will help you provide thoughtful support and create meaningful opportunities that enable each child to thrive.
Bringing your Level 3 qualification, warm communication style and caring approach, you’ll build strong relationships with families, work collaboratively with the Early Years team, and contribute to an environment where children and adults genuinely flourish.

Come along to our Early Years Recruitment Event on Thursday 11th June. We have two sessions available, 9am – 10.30am and 6.15pm – 7.15pm.
