- You will confidently deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups, ensuring pupils remain engaged and learning continues effectively.
- Using clear explanations, appropriate modelling, and strong behaviour management, you’ll create a calm, purposeful classroom environment and confidently lead whole classes.
- Adaptable and responsive, you’ll move between different classes, subjects, and age groups while building positive relationships with pupils and staff through clear communication.
- By following school routines, behaviour systems, and safeguarding procedures, you’ll provide consistency and support pupils to make progress in their learning.
- With a proactive and professional approach, you’ll remain composed under pressure, contribute positively to the wider life of the school, and work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
