Join TrinityBridge's Commercial Office Team where you will play a key role in supporting the strategic success of our Wealth Planning division. Reporting to the Commercial Strategy Director, you will work in close partnership with the Head of Wealth Planning. You will support the development and execution of Wealth Planning strategies that work towards the central TrinityBridge business plan. You will be responsible for supporting strategic planning, and aligning commercial analysis and performance reporting, with the specific focus on the Wealth Planning division. Candidates may be based in Chester, Birmingham, Northwich, Cheltenham or London.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key strategic partner to the Head of Wealth Planning, providing insight, challenge, and support on all aspects of divisional strategy and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Wealth Planning to help shape the business plan, and ensure alignment with overall TrinityBridge strategic objectives.
  • Act as a conduit between the Head of Wealth Planning, Commercial Strategy Director, and other senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Support the Head of Wealth Planning and Commercial Strategy Director in developing and executing the division’s short, medium, and long‑term strategy aligned to the strategy of TrinityBridge, through provision of:
  • Development and monitoring of meaningful MI metrics.
  • Understanding and analysis, where necessary, of client and operational metrics.
  • Providing performance insights and relevant/agreed KPI reports to inform strategic decision‑making and investment proposals.
  • Data reviews and analysis to support the development of strategies to increase revenues and margins, in line with the overall TrinityBridge business plan.
  • Assessment of new business sources to support thinking and development of relevant business development strategies.
  • Market insights to support creation of business plans, propositional developments and client experience progression.
  • Collaboration with, but not limited to, Senior Finance Business Partner, Head of Wealth Planning, and wider Wealth Planning leadership (as agreed with the Head of Wealth Planning).
  • As required, translate outputs from any strategy sessions into clear, actionable commercial initiatives.
  • Cost‑benefit analyses to support proposed initiatives and investment proposals.
  • Work closely with Commercial Office colleagues with a particular focus on market intelligence and strategic insights, data analytics and client experience to ensure alignment across strategic initiatives, when partnering with the Head of Wealth Planning.
  • Qualifications and Skills

    • Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of business dynamics and financial implications.
    • Confident in manipulating, analysing, and interpreting data.
    • Experience in a senior role within a high‑growth environment, particularly in Asset Management.
    • Proactive, eager to improve efficiency, take initiative, and continuously learn.
    • Confident, structured thinker, with robust communication skills, both verbal and written, able to distil complex concepts in an accessible way.
    • A collaborative team member, adept at managing diverse requests, excelling in time and project management, and effectively delegating tasks within a team environment.
    • Proficient in record‑keeping and reporting.
    • Self‑driven, comfortable working independently with a strong bias towards action and the ability to get things done at pace and to a high standard.
    • Technologically savvy, with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel (including advanced formulas), PowerPoint, Outlook skills, ideally with exposure to Microsoft 365 and its suite of power apps.
    • Strong people‑orientation, able to establish and maintain business relationships and motivate cross‑functional teams.
