Join a collaborative, ambitious and forward-thinking Marketing & Communications team where your ideas can make a real impact. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering compelling content and integrated marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on digital channels and audience engagement. Working across a variety of projects, you'll help bring our brand to life and engage both clients and prospects alike through creative storytelling, innovative campaigns, and effective digital activation.

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with a keen eye for detail. You'll be naturally curious, proactive, and confident in bringing fresh ideas to the table. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. Working closely with colleagues across the Marketing & Communications team, you'll help ensure a consistent brand experience, champion best practices, and maximise the effectiveness of our systems, tools, and resources. This is a hybrid role based at our London HQ in Wigmore Yard, with opportunities to visit regional offices and experience different parts of the business.

Content activation and optimisation

  • Work closely with the Marketing Business Partner and Marketing Manager to support the delivery of our content plan across insights projects, campaigns and BAU outputs in accordance with our strategic objectives.
  • Deliver a cohesive digital marketing experience for clients, prospects and colleagues by publishing, managing and optimising insights and campaign content across all digital platforms.
  • Monitor content and campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis, insights, and recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage marketing governance processes.

Digital activation | Website, email and social media

  • Proactively manage marketing owned content on our website, from BAU publishing to campaign activation - triaging requests efficiently to deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Digital Product Manager to ensure marketing owned website content and campaign pages align with our digital strategy.
  • Manage client email scheduling according to content plan and maintain client email templates to ensure they are consistent and on brand.
  • Own and maintain email marketing records, including managing client data in accordance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
  • Collaborate with wider team to schedule and publish content on social media in accordance with our content plan and social media strategy.
  • Monitor content and campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis, insights, and recommendations.

Marketing services

  • Support the end-to-end production of marketing collateral including digital assets, print materials, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Support stakeholders with content briefs – acting as the conduit between the business and our in house design studio.
  • Ensure all owned marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain documentation, asset libraries, and reporting dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, service levels, and operational efficiency.

Regulatory responsibilities | Compliance/T&C

  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.
  • Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business.
  • Follow principles and rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the internal requirements set out in the Compliance Manual, local and Group Compliance and Risk policies.

About you | Qualifications, skills and strengths

  • A driven marketeer with experience across the marketing mix and a digital first mindset – corporate or regulated industry experience a plus.
  • Proven experience using web CMS, social media and email marketing tools. Experience using and analysing Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment, comfortable multi-tasking across projects and BAU simultaneously.
  • An effective communicator with proven stakeholder management experience.
  • You’ll be a team player and with a desire to contribute to delivering strategic goals, with a focus on continuous improvement across all activity.
  • You’ll be self-motivated and keen to take initiative with the ability to work independently.
  • You’ll have a can-do attitude, happy to contribute to team tasks with the ability to prioritise your work effectively.
  • You’ll be adaptable and comfortable working to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • You’ll be curious, keen to learn, confident to have a go and comfortable with change.
