As the Service Delivery Management Executive, you will report directly to the Operations Service Management Manager and support the Service Management, Third Party Provider Support Team, Operations Risk Event Management Team and Business Support Team with administrative tasks, MI production and business processing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Service Management Team
- Maintain team materials such as Teams Channels, procedures, Fresh Intranet site and presentation documentation.
- Create communications for relevant departments and key stakeholders regarding business updates, enhancements and service‑related issues.
- Assist with production of MI and related tasks for the risk event team across all COO teams.
- Process reporting requests for third‑party provider valuations, statements and transactions.
- Process payment requests for third‑party providers.
- Manage inbox and support everyday team needs.
- Review and triage operational risk events, ensuring sufficient detail for each event.
- Collaborate on root‑cause analysis, remediation, incidents and escalations.
- Ensure accurate JIRA reporting and assist with monthly reporting.
- Assist with OpEx administration: Fresh Intranet maintenance, Simply Better Award nominations, newsletters.
- Support OpEx meetings and documentation: process mapping, waste walks, root‑cause analysis diagrams.
- Collect data and MI related to OpEx activities.
- Interact regularly with Front Office, Operations and other stakeholders.
