The predicted salary is between 50000 - 70000 £ per year.
To plan, implement and execute the annual Business Plan in line with your agreed individual targets acquiring new clients, growing initial revenues and cumulative AuM. Grow the client bank in line with your agreed individual targets through personal prospecting, e.g., existing clients, referrals, introductions from professionals. Develop a collaborative productive relationship with the Business Development team. Ensure all periodic client reviews are completed in line with client’s expectations and changing circumstances. Remain compliant – measurements include Business Quality Assurance (BQA) grades, CPD, complaints upheld, maintaining SPS. Achieve all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) measured via a Balanced Business Scorecard (BBS). Grow both the total and average ongoing Financial Planning fees across all retained clients. Work in partnership with all team members, sharing best practice and developing client acquisition strategies. Execute a client centric migration process on an ongoing basis as required.
To build and develop trusted relationships with all historical and potential clients, servicing an existing client bank of profitable households the maximum number to be agreed by your Managing Director. Responsible for acquiring new clients, assets and fees with established Financial Planners generating new Financial Planning fees and net flows per annum as agreed with your manager.
Regulatory Responsibilities
Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients. Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business. Follow principles and rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the internal requirements set out in the Compliance Manual, local and Group Compliance and Risk policies. As a Certified Person under SMCR, you must accept responsibility and demonstrate an understanding for the regulatory aspects and framework of the FCA certification function(s) that you perform, and ensure you meet and abide by the rules of the FCA’s fit and proper test, and comply with the FCA’s Conduct Rules. Additionally, you must ensure your compliance with all internal policies, procedures and standards.
