This permanent role is part of the Operational Risk team and supports the administration and reporting functions, ensuring information is accessible, searchable and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the management of the Compliance inbox, ensuring queries are directed to relevant individuals within agreed time frames.
- Assist with business queries on compliance/risk‑related matters.
- Contribute to ad‑hoc tasks and projects as required.
- Assist with applications to regulators, including supporting the Operational Risk Manager with obligations under SMCR.
- Collaborate with the wider Legal, Risk and Compliance teams as needed.
Regulatory responsibilities & Compliance/T&C
- Demonstrate understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to the role and practise effective risk management with client outcomes in mind.
- Follow all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures, including FCA principles and internal Compliance Manual, local and Group policies.
