Are you an experienced Fettler looking for a long-term opportunity within a busy manufacturing environment? We are currently recruiting for a skilled Fettler to join a growing production team in Nottingham. This role is ideal for someone with previous fettling or finishing experience who takes pride in maintaining high quality standards while supporting production output in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
- Carry out fettling, finishing, and assembly activities on manufactured components
- Support production teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
- Use hand and power tools to remove excess material and improve component finish
- Inspect components to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve any issues
Requirements:
- Previous fettling, finishing, assembly, or manufacturing experience
- Ability to work within a fast-paced engineering or production environment
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
Package:
- £14.50 - £16.00 per hour dependent on experience
- 40-hour working week
- Rotating shift pattern:
- 6am – 2pm
- 2pm – 10pm
- 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Overtime available paid at enhanced rates
