Are you an experienced Fettler looking for a long-term opportunity within a busy manufacturing environment? We are currently recruiting for a skilled Fettler to join a growing production team in Nottingham. This role is ideal for someone with previous fettling or finishing experience who takes pride in maintaining high quality standards while supporting production output in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

  • Carry out fettling, finishing, and assembly activities on manufactured components
  • Support production teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
  • Use hand and power tools to remove excess material and improve component finish
  • Inspect components to ensure quality standards are maintained
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve any issues

Requirements:

  • Previous fettling, finishing, assembly, or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced engineering or production environment
  • Good attention to detail and quality standards

Package:

  • £14.50 - £16.00 per hour dependent on experience
  • 40-hour working week
  • Rotating shift pattern:
  • 6am – 2pm
  • 2pm – 10pm
  • 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Overtime available paid at enhanced rates
