Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and experience in manufacturing or engineering? We are looking for a Health & Safety Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of health and safety across multiple sites in all within 10 miles of Kidderminster. You will drive best practices, ensure compliance, and lead a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Conducting audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations * Maintaining health & safety policies, COSHH registers, and statutory records * Delivering training, including manual handling and workplace best practices * Leading and promoting a proactive health & safety culture * Managing contractors' permits, fire drills, and site safety procedures What We’re Looking For: * NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a health & safety role * Manufacturing/engineering background * Strong leadership, training, and collaboration skills * Full UK driving licence (travel between sites required) This is a permanent role, working Monday to Friday with an early finish on Fridays!
