FM Maintenance Manager

Then this role could be perfect for you!\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n\\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced FM Maintenance Manager to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in AC, HVAC, gas, or electrical systems, who is ready to lead and deliver excellence in facilities management.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Client Management: Manage relationships with existing maintenance clients and develop new business opportunities.\\n\\n * Team Leadership: Supervise engineers and sub-contractors, ensuring work schedules are effectively managed and delivered.\\n\\n * Contract Oversight: Conduct site surveys, prepare quotes for reactive work, and tender for maintenance contracts.\\n\\n * Profitability: Oversee the successful and profitable delivery of contracts and reactive works.\\n\\n * H&S and Compliance: Work closely with the H&S team to develop and implement health and safety, quality, and training requirements.\\n\\n * Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to engineers, clients, and colleagues as needed.\\n\\n * Invoicing Coordination: Collaborate with FM coordinators and the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For:\\n\\n * Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the FM industry.\\n\\n * Technical Expertise: A background in AC, HVAC, gas, or electrical systems is highly desirable.\\n\\n * Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage workloads, and maintain high standards of service.\\n\\n * Business Development: A proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships.\\n\\nWhat’s on Offer:\\n\\n * Competitive salary in the range of £55,000-£60,000, dependent on experience.\\n\\n * A company car to support your role.\\n\\n * Opportunities to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing environment.\\n\\nLocation:\\nThis role covers the North East region, and the ideal candidate will be based in Greater Manchester or York to support client needs effectively.\\n\\nHow to Apply:\\nIf this sounds like the role for you, we’d love to hear from you!
