Are you an Electrical Engineer looking to minimise travel while working across well-maintained sites local to the Halesowen area?
This is an Electrical Engineer / Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) position responsible for maintaining and overseeing facilities across up to 10 buildings. The majority of sites are within a 10-mile radius of Halesowen, with only two sites located slightly further afield. The facilities include manufacturing sites and training rooms, and you will work closely alongside a Mechanical Facilities Engineer. The role is varied and hands-on, covering tasks such as lighting upgrades, general building works, warehouse equipment maintenance, shutter doors, and associated electrical and facilities work.

Essential Requirements- 17th or 18th Edition qualified
- Ability to read and interpret engineering diagrams
- Experience in an Electrical Facilities or Electrical Maintenance role
- Experience with dock levellers, loading bays, or industrial doors would be highly advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
- Salary of £35,000 – £38,000
- Company van provided for travel between local sites
- Bi-annual bonus (typically £2,000)
- Weekend overtime available, planned in advance to support work–life balance
- No staying away from home required
- Tools provided
- Additional training available (IPAF, PASMA, forklift licences)
- Friendly and supportive working environment
- Working hours: 8am – 4:30pm
