The Role
We are recruiting an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to be based between the West Midlands and Hereford, with travel across the UK for installations. You will work in a variety of retail and commercial environments, predominantly installing split systems, with some VRV/VRF and ventilation projects. This is a hands-on, varied role with the chance to work for a company that genuinely values its engineers.

We are working with a mid-sized specialist Air Conditioning company known for excellent staff retention, with engineers who have stayed 15 years or more. This role has arisen due to company expansion. The business has a personable, family-oriented culture where employees are respected, supported, and treated as more than just a number.
Essential Requirements
- F-Gas qualified
- Experience installing split systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to travel and work away from home across the UK
- No unspent criminal convictions that could affect a DBS check
Package
- Hourly rate £19–£20/hour
- 40-hour contracted week
- Door-to-door pay
- Company van provided for work use
- Overtime paid at an enhanced rate after 40 hours
