About the Role
As a Floating Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support across our services in Castlederg, Cookstown, Enniskillen and Sion Mills. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will provide cover across different locations to support planned leave, staff absences and service demands while ensuring continuity of care for the individuals we support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is adaptable, and is committed to delivering exceptional person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual support plans.
- Provide flexible cover across Trinity services as required.
- Support individuals with personal care, daily living skills, meal preparation and household tasks.
- Administer or support with medication in accordance with organisational policies and training.
- Promote independence, choice, dignity and respect at all times.
- Encourage and support individuals to access community activities, appointments, education and employment opportunities where appropriate.
- Build positive and professional relationships with service users, families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate records and complete documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Respond positively and professionally to changing situations and individual needs.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns promptly.
- Comply with all health and safety, infection prevention and risk management procedures.
- Attend mandatory training, team meetings and supervision sessions.
- Uphold Trinity's values, policies and professional standards at all times.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Access to your own vehicle (business mileage paid).
- Flexibility to work across all Trinity service locations.
- Previous experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities, autism, complex needs or mental health needs.
- NISCC registration (or willingness to register).
- Willingness to undertake mandatory and role-specific training.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
Desirable Qualifications
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
