The Food Service Director III plans, directs, and coordinates activities associated with running multi-site, stand-alone food service operations in a facility with a centralized production kitchen supporting satellite kitchens. This role is responsible for operational and financial management of the kitchen and supervises Food Service Supervisors and/or Cooks involved in food preparation, serving, and cleanup within a secure correctional facility. Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs.
