The successful candidate will have strong relational and intellectual skills to promote a pastoral culture and high academic ambition through A-levels and a Diploma programme. The role will be crucial in shaping the future of the Sixth Form as the school aims to expand towards 400 students and develop a new Centre, ensuring every student feels valued and integrated within the school community.
