We are seeking an outstanding Head of Sixth Form with the relational, intellectual and pastoral skills to lead a thriving Sixth Form within our wider school community. With around 330 students in a school of 1050, including a significant number joining at 16+, the Sixth Form offers a dynamic and inclusive environment supported by excellent facilities.
The successful candidate will champion a strong pastoral culture, ensuring every student feels known, valued and fully integrated, while promoting high academic ambition through a broad programme of A levels, a bespoke Diploma, and independent research.
Alongside a rich co-curricular offering, the role will be central to shaping the future of the Sixth Form as the school grows, including expansion towards 400 students and the development of a new Sixth Form Centre, playing a key part in delivering a clear and compelling vision within an evolving co-educational setting.
