Our Client is looking for a Junior HVAC Engineer to join their growing team and work across a variety of HVAC projects. This is a learning and development role, ideal for an engineer at Improver level who has proven competence and is looking to develop their skills while contributing to the efficient operation of HVAC equipment. If you’re motivated, hands-on, and eager to progress within a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an excellent attitude and strong work ethic at all times
  • Work independently on split and multi-split systems
  • Work on DX and CW fan coil units (FCUs)
  • Compile dilapidation reports for relevant equipment
  • Work independently on VRV/VRF condensers
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits
  • Perform minor repairs across all listed equipment
  • Complete basic fault finding on HVAC systems
  • Apply a competent understanding of the refrigeration cycle to identify issues
  • Produce accurate, high-quality reports within agreed timeframes
