Location: Woking, Surrey – hybrid, two days per week in the office
Salary: £32,000–£37,000

We’re looking for a creative and commercially aware Organic Social & Content Specialist to join a growing B2B marketing agency. You’ll take ownership of organic social activity for a varied portfolio of clients, primarily across LinkedIn, while producing compelling content across multiple formats.

From attention-grabbing social posts to thought leadership and SEO content, you’ll help ambitious brands stand out and build meaningful connections with their audiences.

What you’ll be doing

• Plan and manage organic social activity across multiple B2B client accounts.
• Create engaging content calendars and platform-specific social copy.
• Own the entire publishing process, including approvals, scheduling and quality assurance.
• Analyse performance and turn data into practical recommendations for clients.
• Write website copy, landing pages, SEO articles and thought-leadership content.
• Collaborate with industry experts, designers and marketing specialists to bring ideas to life.

What we’re looking for

• At least two years’ organic social and content experience within a B2B marketing agency.
• Experience managing multiple clients, including planning, publishing and reporting.
• An impressive portfolio of B2B social, website and SEO content.
• Exceptional copywriting, editing, spelling and grammar.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, social publishing tools and platform analytics.
• Creativity, curiosity and the confidence to communicate directly with clients.

Experience with B2B technology, ABM, short-form video, HubSpot, Semrush or GA4 would be beneficial.
