Our client – an award-winning, family-run freehold pub with rooms (no breakfast service) in the heart of West Sussex – is looking for a talented Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef ready to take the next step.
This is a unique chance to co-lead a thriving kitchen, work closely with the owner and current Head Chef, and contribute to a fresh, creative direction for their modern British menu.
- Salary: £40,000 for a 40-hour week
- Flexible rota: some weekends off
- Straight shifts possible: Sunday night, Monday, Tuesday

- Accommodation support available
Bonus: You’ll also have the opportunity to help develop and shape a distinctive pub food brand, with the potential to grow this alongside the current operation.
