Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a knack for systems administration and supplier coordination? We're looking for a Sourcing Administrator to play a vital role in keeping our clients’ Sourcing department running smoothly and efficiently.
As a Sourcing Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of operations—supporting system interfaces, vendor record management, and departmental coordination across platforms like Medius and SAP. You'll also support cybersecurity compliance, travel coordination, documentation management, and general office administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience in procurement or sourcing, looking to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard users and manage personnel changes
- Maintain vendor records and resolve system/interface issues
- Manage register, requisitions, and invoice approvals
- Perform MIGO amendments and vendor lifecycle tasks
- Conduct receipt audits for raw materials
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain vendor cybersecurity documentation and reporting
- Support risk committee updates and records
- Maintain logs, administer debit notes in SAP
- Coordinate with users and suppliers
- Organize travel per internal procedures
- Maintain records and supplier communications
- Handle supplies, post, and courier coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in SAP and Medius systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Detail-oriented with experience managing sensitive data
- Prior experience in procurement or sourcing administration is a plus
