Job Description I am working with a leading supplier within the Beauty industry and they are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join their team. About the role As the Social Media Manager you will be known for building the social media strategy for all 26 channels within the company. You will be an effective can-do SME who leads your team to deliver the best in class social media. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the strategy for the companies social media channels; including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok covering both Trade and Retail in multiple markets including UK/ROI, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Spain Develop own brand social media channels for the companies owned haircare, colour and electrical brands Responsible for managing the performance of all social media channels to drive follower growth and engagement or acquisition and retention Management of social media budget Detailed channel performance reporting, taking an analytical test and learn approach to optimise channel strategy across multiple channels Responsible for defining the strategy and steering the performance and execution of the Store Social Media Channels; creating guidelines, auditing channels and coaching store teams About you Previous line …
