In this key role, you’ll be the friendly face of the business, helping things run smoothly through excellent organisation, clear communication, and top-notch administrative support.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the front desk, answering and directing all incoming calls efficiently and professionally
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring all site security procedures are followed
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to employees across the business
- Sorting, distributing, and managing all incoming and outgoing mail
- Responding to customer and supplier queries promptly and professionally
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies, stationery, and consumables
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices as needed
- Booking domestic and international travel and accommodation
- Assisting the Finance Team with data input and basic financial reporting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with SAGE 200
- NVQ/SVQ Level 1–4 in Business Administration or Customer Service
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or office administration role
Qualifications:

- UK Passport and ability to obtain Security Clearance
