This is far more than a traditional administrative role. You'll become the central point of coordination across multiple prestigious projects, helping ensure programmes stay on track, communication flows effortlessly and the leadership team can focus on delivering outstanding creative work.

If you're someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment and loves bringing structure to complex projects, this could be the perfect opportunity.

The Role

Working closely with the Head Architect, you'll coordinate a portfolio of high-end residential projects from concept through to completion. You'll anticipate priorities, manage competing deadlines and ensure that projects, meetings and communications are delivered seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a senior leader's diary, meetings and daily priorities
  • Coordinating multiple live architectural and design projects simultaneously
  • Monitoring project programmes, milestones and key deadlines
  • Preparing meeting agendas, recording actions and following up with internal teams
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers
  • Organising project meetings, site visits and travel arrangements
  • Maintaining project documentation, specifications and drawing registers
  • Tracking outstanding actions to ensure projects continue progressing
  • Supporting planning submissions and consultant coordination where required
  • Assisting with project reporting and internal communications
  • Helping improve project management systems and administrative processes
  • Acting as the key coordination point between design teams, project managers and external stakeholders
About You

You'll be naturally organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities in a busy professional environment. You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience supporting senior leaders, project directors or architects
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Confidence working independently and taking ownership
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience using project management software
  • The ability to confidently follow up actions and keep projects moving forward
  • Experience within architecture, interior design, construction or property would be highly advantageous, although exceptional organisational skills and project coordination experience are the most important qualities.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

  • Enjoys bringing structure and organisation to creative teams
  • Remains calm under pressure and works with professionalism and discretion
  • Builds strong relationships with colleagues, clients and external partners
  • Anticipates problems before they arise
  • Takes ownership and enjoys making a real difference
  • Takes pride in delivering work to an exceptionally high standard
What's on Offer

This is an opportunity to join a respected and growing design practice delivering some of the UK's most prestigious residential projects. You'll work alongside a collaborative team where creativity, craftsmanship and attention to detail are genuinely valued, while playing a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest possible standard.
