We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Assistant to join a highly regarded, design-led business operating within the luxury interiors sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous procurement, buying, supply chain or purchasing experience who is looking to develop their career within a creative and fast-paced environment.
Working closely with an established procurement and project team, you will support the sourcing, ordering and coordination of high-quality furniture, fixtures, equipment and materials for prestigious residential projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting procurement activities from sourcing through to delivery
• Raising and managing purchase orders
• Liaising with suppliers, designers and project teams
• Tracking deliveries and coordinating schedules
• Maintaining accurate procurement and inventory records
• Supporting supplier relationships and ensuring projects remain on budget and on schedule
• Assisting with the ongoing growth of the company's e-commerce operations, including product listings and fulfilment coordination
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
• Previous experience within procurement, buying, purchasing or supply chain support
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• A proactive and adaptable approach
• An interest in interiors, design, retail or luxury products would be highly advantageous
