We are working with an established PR and Marketing Agency based in Windsor, looking for their next PR and Content Manager.
Role Overview:
As the agency's PR and Content Manager, you will leverage your expertise to create compelling written content across our multi-disciplinary clusters, including marketing communications, PR, digital, and social media. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth delivery of strategies and campaigns for a portfolio of approximately X key clients. This role involves producing content for various projects and PR/social media campaigns, focusing on creative content writing, analysing campaign performance, and promoting integrated storytelling to deliver greater reach, engagement, and ROI for our clients. Occasional UK and European travel may be required to meet with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management : Support the planning, execution, and management of PR, social media, and content activities, including the development and delivery of strategies, creative campaigns, pitches, and proposals.
- Client Engagement : Attend client meetings to take briefs and present research or creative work, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Content Scheduling : Research, plan, and create a detailed schedule of activity for each campaign, including PR, content, and social media plans.
- Project Support : Provide comprehensive campaign support, including project management, compiling accurate and insightful reports, and regular liaison with clients.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor all campaign activity closely to ensure quality meets expectations and best practices are followed.
- Content Production : Produce high-quality content, including written, graphic, and moving image, to engage target audiences across various platforms—press releases, thought leadership articles, white papers, newsletters, and social media.
- Team Leadership : Potential opportunity to line manage a PR and Content Executive, providing guidance and mentorship.
