Overview

Our client is seeking a Pensions Administrator to assist with the day-to-day administration of pension schemes, working as part of a team of more experienced administrators to deal with enquiries from pension scheme members and clients, financial advisers, employers and HMRC. This position combines customer service and numerical calculation aspects, so communication and numerical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day administration of pension schemes
  • Respond to enquiries from pension scheme members, clients, financial advisers, employers and HMRC
  • Perform manual calculations of pension benefits
  • Run automated calculations
  • Administer payment of member benefits
  • Support the team with project-related work and develop knowledge of pensions and client requirements
