We're delighted to be partnering with a leading international business to recruit a Nightshift Equipment Coordinator to join their busy night operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, teamwork and customer service are key. You'll play a vital role in ensuring equipment is allocated, tracked, prepared and dispatched efficiently to support customer requirements.
Whether you come from a logistics, warehouse, stock control, inventory or equipment coordination background, this role offers the opportunity to join a highly respected organisation with excellent benefits and career development opportunities. As an Equipment Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating the movement of equipment throughout the operation, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating equipment allocation and availability across multiple departments
- Ensuring equipment is accurately picked, checked and prepared for dispatch
- Managing job documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
- Supporting vehicle loading and dispatch operations
- Monitoring stock movements and equipment tracking systems
- Processing returns and ensuring equipment is correctly recorded back into stock
- Managing sub-hire equipment checks and associated paperwork
- Ensuring all operational procedures are followed accurately and consistently
- Maintaining high levels of organisation and attention to detail in a busy environment
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and thrives in an operational environment. You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience within Logistics, Warehouse, Inventory, Stock Control, Equipment Coordination or Operations
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills and confidence working with colleagues and customers
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Stock control or inventory management systems
- Logistics or warehouse operations
- Equipment rental environments
- Transport or distribution operations
- Experience within film, television, events or production industries
