Following sustained growth, they're seeking an exceptional Operations Director to build the operational platform that will support the next phase of the company's evolution.
This is a broad, commercially focused leadership role with significant influence across the organisation. You'll work alongside the founders and senior leadership team, translating vision into execution by creating the structure, accountability and operational discipline needed for sustainable growth.
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the business, ensuring every function performs consistently and efficiently. Your remit will include:
- Leading operational strategy and execution across multiple business functions
- Developing scalable systems, processes and governance
- Driving accountability through meaningful KPIs and operational reporting
- Leading HR, recruitment, organisational planning and performance management
- Ensuring exceptional client delivery across complex, multi-disciplinary projects
- Overseeing business-wide initiatives and change programmes
- Managing supplier relationships, operational risk, inventory and supply chain performance
- Acting as the key operational partner to the leadership team, enabling them to focus on commercial growth
You’ll already be operating at Operations Director or senior Head of Operations level and have a proven record of scaling businesses through operational excellence. You’ll bring:
- Extensive operational leadership experience within a fast-paced, growth-focused business
- Strong commercial judgement and strategic thinking
- Outstanding leadership and people development skills
- Experience designing and embedding operational processes that improve performance
- A calm, decisive approach to solving complex business challenges
