We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join our client in a hybrid working environment, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days based from home.
As Email Marketing Manager you will develop and execute a strategy for email and SMS communications to drive engagement, sales, and brand loyalty across our UK and European markets. This role is key to enhancing the customer experience for both Trade and Retail customers, leveraging data-driven insights, automation, and personalization to increase footfall and conversion online and in stores.
- Lead the planning and execution of email and SMS campaigns, working with the Campaign and Social Media teams to identify key opportunities.
- Collaborate with CRM and Customer Marketing teams to optimize segmentation, targeting the right customers to maximize engagement.
- Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance, making recommendations for future enhancements.
- Create monthly email plans and coordinate with the Content team for required digital assets.
- Manage relationships with external teams and suppliers to align email campaign needs and ensure brand consistency.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in retail marketing, including email, SMS, CRM, and digital communications.
- Experience with Adobe CC products or similar for creating digital assets.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing digital communications.
- Demonstrated experience in people management, including development and performance management.
