A world-recognised portfolio of iconic consumer and professional brands. Billions in global sales and around 49,000 employees worldwide. And a culture built on high performance, fast decisions, and genuine investment in its people. They're growing — and they need a commercially sharp Senior Legal Counsel to be part of that growth across the EMEA region.

The role involves providing day-to-day legal support across multiple business entities in the region. This is a genuinely varied in-house role — you'll be close to the business, involved in real decisions, and working across a wide range of commercial matters.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing daily legal support to multiple companies across the EMEA region
  • Reviewing, drafting and advising on commercial contracts — supply, distribution, service and more
  • Reviewing and drafting legal documents for campaigns and business initiatives
  • Supporting the legal roll-out of business projects
  • Conducting legal research as required
  • Assisting with signing and closing procedures, signature packs and document execution
  • Collating billing information and supporting general legal operations

What you'll need:

  • Fully qualified lawyer in the EEA or UK with relevant post-qualification experience
  • Law firm background preferred
  • Proven experience in commercial / contract law, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with the confidence to engage business stakeholders at all levels
  • Professional working proficiency in English (required); German language skills a genuine advantage
  • Proactive, pragmatic and business-focused approach — you find solutions, not just problems
  • Organised, structured and able to prioritise in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word; Excel and PowerPoint a plus

Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Experience in data privacy
  • Knowledge of competition / cartel law

Why this role?

  • Global business with serious brand recognition and real commercial momentum
  • High-speed, high-trust culture — decisions get made, things get done
  • Collaborative legal team with regional and international reach
  • Varied work across multiple entities and jurisdictions — no two weeks look the same
  • A business that genuinely values its legal function and gives it a seat at the table
