Reporting to the Legal Director EMEA in Germany with a dotted line to the VP Legal Affairs EMEA in the UK, you'll be providing day-to-day legal support across multiple business entities in the region. This is a genuinely varied in-house role — you'll be close to the business, involved in real decisions, and working across a wide range of commercial matters. Providing daily legal support to multiple companies across the EMEA region Reviewing, drafting and advising on commercial contracts — supply, distribution, service and more Reviewing and drafting legal documents for campaigns and business initiatives Supporting the legal roll-out of business projects Conducting legal research as required Collating billing information and supporting general legal operations Law firm background preferred Proven experience in commercial / contract law , ideally in an international environment Professional working proficiency in English (required); German language skills a genuine advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Word; Excel and PowerPoint a plus Experience in data privacy Knowledge of competition / cartel law Global business with serious brand recognition and real commercial momentum Collaborative legal team with regional and international reach A business that genuinely values its legal function and gives it a seat at the table
