We're working with a market-leading international manufacturer looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a successful product division. This is a broad, highly visible role covering supply chain, inventory, supplier relationships and continuous improvement, supporting growth across the UK and Europe.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop inventory and stock plans to ensure product availability, while driving supply chain efficiency, service improvements and cost optimisation.
  • Build and manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
  • Monitor performance, manage KPI reporting and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with finance, sales and logistics while supporting quality standards and compliance.

What We're Looking For

  • You’ll likely be an Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement & Operations, or Commercial Operations Manager, with:
  • Manufacturing or product-based industry experience.
  • Supplier relationship, inventory and stock planning expertise.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience within furniture, interiors, education products or workplace solutions is a bonus, not essential.
