What You’ll Be Owning
- HR Partnering & Advisory
- Coach and support managers with confidence and clarity
- Guide on ER, performance, and conduct matters
- Help shape and refine HR policies
- Ensure fair, consistent, well-documented ER support
- Employee Experience & Culture
- Drive engagement initiatives and action planning
- Champion wellbeing, recognition, and inclusion programs
- Explore feedback trends and contribute to cultural evolution
- Support communication around change and people initiatives
- Performance, Learning & Development
- Help roll out performance frameworks
- Support managers with development plans
- Assist with identifying training needs and L&D activities
- HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits
- Keep everyday HR processes smooth, compliant, and efficient
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy
- Support payroll, benefits admin, renewals, and employee enrolments
- Keep managers up to speed on employment law updates
- Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Assist with HR system enhancements and policy refreshes
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows
- Contribute to best-practice HR documentation
What You Bring to the Mix
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Generalist HR role
- Strong grounding in ER, performance, HR ops, and compliance
- Experience supporting UK teams (European exposure = bonus points)
- Confident communicator with the ability to coach and influence
- Proactive, solutions-led approach
- CIPD Level 3 (Level 5 desirable)
- And most importantly: a warm, collaborative, people-centric personality
