About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and pragmatic HR Consultant to join our clients EMEA HR Consultancy team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Working closely with a Strategic HR Business Partner, you’ll act as a true generalist, partnering with managers across corporate functions to deliver high‑quality, commercially focused HR support. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, change‑driven environment where you’ll have real impact across both the UK and wider EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day HR consultancy support to managers across corporate functions
- Advise on a wide range of employee relations matters, including absence management and casework
- Support organisational design, restructures, and change initiatives
- Coach and guide managers to build confidence in handling people matters
- Contribute to and support broader HR projects across the EMEA region
Scope of the Role
- Primary responsibility for UK corporate functions (c.300 employees)
- Additional support for one European country
- Part of a wider EMEA HR population of approximately 2,000 employees
About You
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified (or currently working towards)
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor or HR Consultant role
- Strong experience managing employee relations casework
- Confident influencing and coaching senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving environment
- Experience within complex or fast‑paced organisations is highly desirable
