We're recruiting for a qualified Electrician to join a leading property maintenance and housing services provider delivering high-quality works across a residential portfolio in West London.

The Role

  • Carry out electrical repairs, installations, testing, and fault finding in residential properties.
  • Complete EICRs, remedial works, rewires, and electrical upgrades.
  • Work across responsive repairs, void properties, and planned maintenance projects.
  • Ensure all work complies with BS7671 and health & safety regulations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied homes.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation including AM2 (or equivalent).
  • City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
  • City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent).
  • Experience within domestic, social housing, or property maintenance environments.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
