An award-winning global luxury brand design studio is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its Founders. This is a pivotal role for a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and has impeccable attention to detail.

The Role

You’ll work at the heart of a leading creative studio, ensuring the Founders’ time and priorities are focused on strategy, clients, and creative direction. You’ll manage complex schedules, international travel, and day-to-day operations while acting as a trusted right hand and key point of coordination across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries, meetings, and travel across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare research, briefings, and client materials.
  • Prioritise communications and act with discretion and professionalism.
