We're working with a well-established international business that urgently requires an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their UK Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced Business to Business and Consumer Customer Service or Administration environment and can hit the ground running from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and online systems
  • Providing pricing, availability and delivery updates
  • Coordinating with Sales, Planning, Logistics and After Sales teams
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate CRM and order management records

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous B2B or B2C Customer Service experience or Administration
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and administration skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office capability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
  • SAP experience would be advantageous
