I’m currently partnering with a well-established business looking to hire an After Sales Support Executive to join their UK operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in customer service or sales support who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and delivering a first-class customer experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a high standard of support
- Managing queries end-to-end with a focus on first-time resolution
- Coordinating product returns, repairs, and warranty processes (RMA)
- Building strong relationships with service centres, dealers, and internal teams
- Supporting operational improvements and departmental projects
- Occasionally visiting customer sites to support inspections and returns
