This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of customer interactions, support operational efficiency, and play a key role in building long-term customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out detailed inspections of returned products at third-party premises, ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
- Delivering outstanding customer support with a focus on first-time resolution.
- Building strong relationships with service centre agents, dealers, and key stakeholders.
- Managing customer interactions end-to-end, from authorising product collections to coordinating repairs under guarantee.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Supporting departmental projects from concept through to delivery.
- Travelling across the UK as required to conduct inspections and support customers.
- Continuously developing product knowledge to support personal and team growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year’s experience in customer service or sales support with proven issue-resolution skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator (written and verbal) with strong relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with accurate data entry skills.
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
